Our Guidelines

To parents who are interested in how the Tuition School is conducted we have a guideline for our teachers

1. Teachers must come in at least 15 minutes prior to lessons.

2. Sign-in before going to classes. This is to ensure that there is always a record kept students' attendance is also kept in record and their attendance is also taken.

3. Change of time tables are not allowed. However in emergency cases another teacher may relief the class. It is always the school's policy to try to have redundant teaching staff, in other words there are at least two teachers capable of teaching the same level and subject. Another reason for the redundancy is that if one teacher does not "fit the bill" the other teacher might just work better for the student.

4. Monthly student report for each student is compulsory and must be submitted a week before the end of each month. We welcome parents to request for their children's performance record, it is a good sign of parent teacher communication.

5. Lesson exercises and notes are prepared in advance to ensure a structured and well thought lesson, but with the small number of student per class we can still cater to the students' individual needs if it comes to that.

6. The cleanliness of the classroom are ensured after each class including the drawer, floor and clean the white board and it will be done as a group responsibility. It is meant to nurture a sense of responsibility and care towards the environment and each other.

7. Most of our teachers are prepared to be called for duty at any time.

10. Classes and the lesson preparation are checked by the principal from time to time.

11. Teachers are not allowed to resign without valid reasons and proof must be presented if

resignation is unavoidable.

12. Teachers must be in their respective classrooms during lessons. NO loitering is allowed

during lessons.

13. Teachers are not allowed to use phones or any other electronic devices during lessons. The

short 2 hours should be fully dedicated to teaching and guiding students.
